Greetings amigos,
The first round of fixtures in the sixteenth rendition of The Soares Cup produced some great encounters, none more so than in Group A where SJ overcame Nick by the odd point in 11 to claim victory. In Group B Ben got his campaign off to a very convincing start with a 9-5 win against Theo L, whilst in Group C I defeated an absent Dave 4-0.
Group A: SJ 6 v 5 Nick
Group B: Theo L 5 v 9 Ben
Group C: Danny 4 v 0 Dave
