Results (18th & 19th March)

Greetings amigos,

It was a very quiet week on the scoring front, which is exactly as Mr Stewart-Jones would want it at this stage of the season given his handsome lead at the league summit.  I top scored with 5 points, mainly due to the fact that I secured the only spot-on of the gameweek - sadly from my perspective, I'll need to produce a lot more than that to have a say in the title race from my mid-table position.  SJ, Mr Luke and Mr Rastrick were next in line with 3 points apiece, which was enough to extend our leader's advantage in the overall standings to 20 points as Mr O'Callaghan and Mr Moore scored 1 point each.  MD can console himself with the fact that his solitary point was more than sufficient to win him the MotM Award, his 3rd of the season and 22nd of his career to date - congratulations amigo!  To complete the picture, Mr Crinnion scored 1 point and Mr West and Mr McClay took the week off.
