The second legs produced two resounding wins, with the victors progressing to the final in each case. In the first semi-final Dave beat Phil 12-5 to overturn the 3 point deficit from the first leg, whilst in the second semi-final SJ hammered Theo L 13-2 to win 21-7 on aggregate in a result that could have a psychological impact on the domestic title race as well as knocking Mr Luke out of the competition.

So, we have our final: Dave v SJ, to take place on the weekend of 7th and 8th May.
Dave will be looking to win his second Soares Cup (and become the first manager to do so) whilst SJ will be hoping that his first final appearance in the competition proves to be a happy one. There could also be a league and cup double in store for SJ, a feat that remarkably has been achieved in 3 of the 4 seasons since the introduction of The Soares Cup.
Take it easy,
Danny
SF1: Phil (6) 5 v 12 (3) Dave - Dave wins 15-11 on aggregate
SF2: SJ (8) 13 v 2 (5) Theo L - SJ wins 21-7 on aggregate
