Greetings amigos,
Given that one of the semi-finals produced one of the most unbelievable scorelines in World Cup history, you might expect that our tournament leader, Mr Stewart-Jones would have a smile as wide as those on the Germans' faces as we enter the final 2 games of World Cup Predictio 2014. However, SJ's failure to score at the semi-final stage means that the door was left ajar for the chasing pack - Mr West is the man that SJ will be most concerned about, as he scored 2 points to halve the Midlander's lead. Further down the table Mr Raistrick scored 6 points and I was 1 behind on 5, but in truth the gap to the leader looks insurmountable at this late stage. Elsewhere Mr Crinnion and Mr Luke scored 1 point apiece, whilst Mr O'Callaghan and Mr Moore failed to score.
Any mistakes let me know - fixtures to follow.
Take it easy,
Danny
